TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: August 26, 2026
THE LIVE SERVICE
AURA provides live voting, public profiles, Aura scores, rankings, challenges, and The Throne. Features, interfaces, availability, and ranking rules may change as the service operates, subject to these terms and applicable law.
ENTERTAINMENT ONLY
AURA is intended as voluntary social entertainment. It offers no gambling, betting, cash prizes, or monetary rewards. Community rankings are subjective entertainment results, not statements of fact, professional assessments, or measures of human worth.
ACCOUNTS AND PUBLIC CONTENT
You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing profile information you are allowed to use. Profiles, votes, challenges, and Royal Messages may be public and shareable. Do not impersonate another person, claim a public-figure entry as your account, or submit content that violates another person's rights.
THE THRONE
The Throne is a permanent cumulative paid placement; the current minimum contribution is US$1. Each verified contribution adds to one profile total. A displayed quote is an estimate, not a reservation: your position may change while payment is being completed, and each verified payment is credited at the final ranking then in effect. Rank one receives temporary ruler visibility and may use the Royal Message and featured Royal Challenge controls under the current rules. Refunds and disputes can reduce, restore, or otherwise adjust credited totals. Buying a Throne position does not change your Aura, votes, or main AURA ranking and awards no money.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, or use AURA to harass, threaten, exploit, or unlawfully target another person.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The AURA name, interface, copy, and original visual materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights held by their respective owners or licensors. Access to the service does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit them.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or remove features and may update these terms. Material payment records remain subject to verified refunds, disputes, moderation, and applicable law.
